WHAT WE DO

BVM Oil and Gas LLC is an independent petroleum company headquartered in East Texas with Brad McFarland serving as president. (See Management). BVM operates primarily through the services of independent contractors with expertise in the regions and geological formations targeted for investment. BVM is offering units in MacLand Energy Investment Group ( MEIG) Fund 1 to finance acquisitions of relatively low risk oil and gas projects that provide competitive returns on investment as well as unique tax benefits.

BVM intends for the MEIG Fund to acquire properties within the following categories:

Abandoned wells in older fields that offer unrecovered (but recoverable) reserves
Producing stripper wells
Opportunities for drilling new development wells
Participating in New Exploratory Wells
